Standard reeds may be returned for free adjustment or refund within seven days of receipt. The reed must be in like-new condition.

TO ORDER (U.S. Customers)

During your reed maker’s sabbatical (until late 2009), all deliveries will be delayed. Reeds will be shipped one to three months after your order is placed. (Rush service will not be available.) Please submit your order form early, then be prepared to wait. You need not send payment until I request it. (You can request a personal acknowledgement of your order, but it will not speed up your delivery.)
I will notify you via e-mail when your reeds are nearing completion and your payment is due. At that time, please be sure to pay promptly; you will not receive a second notice, and unpaid orders will be cancelled after a reasonable grace period.

To order:
1.  Complete the form below.  If possible print out a paper copy for enclosure.
2.  Click on the 'Place Order' button.  The next screen will confirm your order date, and your reeds will be shipped by first-classs mail within four weeks.  Full payment in U.S. funds by check or money order is due before the shipping date.
3.  Make your check or money order payable to James Kopp.  (No variation on this payee name is accepted by our bank.)
4.  Mail your payment and duplicate order form (if available) to:
